If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery by providing clear photo or video proof. Replacement requests due to change of mind, size issues, or personal preference are not accepted.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we currently ship to the following countries: Argentina, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, and the United States (USA).

If your country is not listed, shipping is not available at this time.

How long will it take to get my orders?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days after dispatch. Tracking is shared once the order is shipped.

I received only one item from my bundle where’s the rest?

“Sometimes parts of a bundle may be delivered separately to ensure the best service. If you’ve received only one item so far, the rest of your order is on the way. Thank you for your understanding!”
